Amazing Coconut Pie

Deep dish pie pan filled with coconut, vanilla, milk, sugar, egg, butter and baking mix batter. Baked 1 hour till golden brown.
Ingredients -
2 cups Milk
3/4 cup White Sugar
4 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Flaked Coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Baking Mix
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Butter 9-inch deep-dish pie pan.

3. Combine milk, white sugar, eggs, flaked coconut, vanilla extract, butter and baking mix in large bowl.

4. Pour batter into prepared pie pan.

5. Bake 1 hour.

For best results, use a high quality pure vanilla extract.
