1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. In large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk.
3. Pour pumpkin pie mixture into pie shell.
4. Cover piecrust edges with 2-inch strips of foil, to prevent burning.
5. Bake 15 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to 325 F.
7. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Cool.
