Easy Pumpkin Pie

Simple pumpkin pie recipe can be made and served in a little over an hour.
Ingredients -
1 (9-inch) Unbaked Deep-Dish Pie Shell
2 Eggs
1 (30 ounces) can Pumpkin Pie Mix
1 (5 ounces) can Evaporated Milk
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. In large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk.

3. Pour pumpkin pie mixture into pie shell.

4. Cover piecrust edges with 2-inch strips of foil, to prevent burning.

5. Bake 15 minutes.

6. Reduce heat to 325 F.

7. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

8. Cool.

If you experience a pie filling being too liquid after baking, next time bake the pie an additional 5-10 minutes more than the recipe calls for.
